With space for up to six guests, this three-bedroom home is the definition of a laid-back coastal retreat, just a short walk or bike ride from Pauanui’s stunning beach and vibrant town centre.

• 1970s Charm: The classic Lockwood panelling provides that unmistakable holiday feel, complemented by authentic 70s décor, including the comfiest blue Lazy-boys, perfect for a mid-afternoon siesta. This is a house where you can put your feet up and not worry about being precious.
• Simple Living: The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxed family gatherings and card games,
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need for easy holiday meals is here including a Nespresso coffee machine so pack your pods!
• Room to Play: Plenty of lawn space means you have ample room to play tag with the kids or park the boat
• Single Garage Storage: Bring the toys! The single garage is available for securely storing your boating, fishing, or surfing gear—perfect for the water sports enthusiast.
