This newly built (2025) 2-bedroom, 1-bath basement suite offers a private entrance and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of in-suite laundry and a full kitchen equipped with brand-new, full-size appliances.
The primary bedroom features a King bed and two large closets, while the second bedroom includes a Queen bed, closet space, and a dedicated work desk with wired internet—perfect for remote work. High-speed WiFi is available throughout, along with a 65" TV loaded with Netflix and Prime access.
Step outside and you’re just 600 meters from the beautiful Fish Creek Park, one of Calgary’s most scenic outdoor areas. Major grocery stores are located within 1 km, making shopping quick and easy.
For travel convenience, Highway 201 (approx. 1.5 km away) connects directly to the Trans-Canada Highway, giving you smooth access to Banff, Kananaskis, and the Rocky Mountains. Highway 201 also provides fast routes to Downtown Calgary and other key city attractions.
You’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants within a 5 km radius.
