We absolutely loved our short stay in Murbko! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The fantastic views were an added bonus, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, comfortable and very family-friendly. The location by the river was beautiful and peaceful, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Paige was a fantastic host—very helpful, responsive and clear with all the check-in and check-out information. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups.

The property was quite difficult to find. There was no mention that the access road was a private road, and from the road the property was difficult to identify. A Lot no or name at the property would have helped considerably. We were also given the wrong access code which meant that we were left on the veranda in the heat while we awaited a response from the owner. Fortunately a neighbour came to the rescue. Once we were in, the property was excellent, although the photos implied that there was only grass between the house and the river which is not the case - the outlook was the back of the house across the road with a view of the lagoon over the top.

Hi Elaine, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re pleased to hear you found the property excellent once you were settled in. We sincerely apologise for the issue with the access code — we understand how frustrating that would have been and are reviewing this to ensure it doesn’t happen again. In relation to locating the property, detailed directions are provided in our welcome guide, including that the retreat is accessed via a gravel/private road within Ridgeway Estate, along with step-by-step instructions. There is also a lot number sign clearly displayed at the bottom of the driveway to assist with identifying the property. Regarding the outlook, our listing specifies that the river is approximately a 500m walk from the residence, and does not state that the home is directly riverfront. We take care to ensure our description is accurate, however we will review the photos to ensure they continue to align with the written details. Thank you again for your feedback.
