A nice modernised house with lovely garden and outside seating area. Close to town (less than 5min drive) and convenient for all amenities in Berry. Great for dogs as owners are very relaxed about pets at property.

Lovely garden, secure for pets. Issues: No clothes drier or fireplace as advertised; interior tired and needs refresh (walls and doors pock-marked); beds a bit rickety and not very comfortable mattresses; dishwasher dirty inside; aircon didn't work (reported Tuesday evening and while the host came by on Wednesday it was still inoperative when we left on Friday); a lot of noise from the motorway that spoilt sitting outside and was noisy inside at night even with windows closed; several pots in the kitchen had the non-stick surface peeling off making it unsafe to use them and also had dirty lids; a pile of old pallet-type timber with nails protruding left on the verandah (not sure if these are safe to burn in the pit - are they treated pine?); water and ice dispenser on fridge inoperative; no mop.
