Check-out is 11:00 AM. No late check-outs. $50 per 30 minutes after 11:00 AM. After 1:00 PM, a full night ($200 CAD) is charged and you must vacate.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and truly brand new. There were lots of thoughtful extras like coffee, snacks, and water, and it had everything we needed for our stay.There were just a couple of issues worth noting. First, this is not a full house rental. There is a basement suite, which means the property is not completely private. Unfortunately, this was not made clear in the listing and we only discovered it after receiving the check-in instructions. Since privacy is one of the main reasons we book through Vrbo, this was a bit disappointing.The only other issue was the hot water. It worked well for showers, but it runs out quickly—by the time the bathtub was filled, the water had gone cold.Aside from these points, it was an amazing stay overall.

I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding privacy. You are correct that there is a separate basement suite, and I should have made this clearer in the listing. The spaces are fully self-contained and private, but I understand how important full-property clarity is when booking, and I truly appreciate your feedback. I’ve since updated the listing to make this more transparent. Regarding the hot water, thank you for mentioning this. The system is brand new and set to 130°F, which we’ve found works well, but I understand preferences can vary, especially for baths. We will review this and make adjustments if needed to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, it was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re glad overall you had a wonderful visit.
