Prepare to be captivated by the unparalleled water views from our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront condo. Widely considered to have the best views in Lands End, you'll enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Mexico, the Pass, and the Sound.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a pyrmaid bunk bed with a full and twin and a private balcony. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Relax in the spacious living room, which includes a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy dining together in the dining area.

Step out onto the screened lanai to soak in the incredible scenery overlooking a tranquil water feature, the lush golf course, and out to the sparkling Gulf, Pass, and North Captiva.

While resort amenities are not included, guests have access to the association's heated pool, BBQ grills, and tennis court. This second-floor walk-up condo requires a 5-night minimum stay. Experience the ultimate Captiva Island escape with the most spectacular views imaginable!

The unit was fantastic! Very clean, spacious and the veiw was spectacular. We were disappointed that we were unable to use any of the South Seas amenities (even parking for our off-property golf cart.) Yes, we were able to use the Lands End pool and there was beach access. However, the beach was quite a hike and all of the on-property restaurants were only available to South Seas guests. If this property were part of the Club Captiva program, I would return to this unit again and again.

While we understand the disappointment regarding the South Seas resort amenities, we do try to be as transparent as possible by disclosing these restrictions frequently in our listing and pre-arrival communications. Because we are not part of the resort’s hotel program, we are able to offer a more private experience at a different price point.
