1 kitchen equipped with breakfast area, coffee maker, boiler..
1 independent shower room with toilet.
3rd floor, no lift (only stairs)
## Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
## Interaction
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and am able to move in case of problem for a pleasurable and stress-free stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
The check-in is between 4PM and 8PM. If the check-in is later than 8PM, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.

An ideal location and rare to do everything on foot while being quiet.

-Croisette: luxury shops, palaces, seaside, beaches, restaurants, artisanal Italian ice-cream parlors, snack kiosks, souvenir kiosks, cafés, etc.
## Transit
Cannes SNCF train station is 450 meters away from the appartment.
Bus stops are near the apartment .

We offer sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
