The Space:

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle & coffee maker, ideal for preparing light meals and snacks. Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre. It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.



Getting Around:

Being so close to town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is right across the street and It's only a 500 m walk to the shops and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

PARKING:

Please note, There is NO allocated parking spot with the studio. There is free parking on the street outside the hotel and also behind the hotel.

You can alway use the underground parking under the front of the hotel to drop your gear off, just make sure to tell reception.



If you want paid parking you can park in any of the "hotel" spaces and If you report the reception they will charge you a nightly fee of $30NZD per night. The hotel monitor the parking most evenings.





Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.

A maximum of 2 guests allowed. The person making the booking needs to be 25 years or older... unless otherwise authorised. Please contact us if the person booking is not 25 or older.

A portable cot, baby bath and high chair are available on request at no additional charge. Please let us know at least three days prior to your check in.

We have a three night minimum stay over Christmas and New Years.
