Perfection!

We had the most wonderful stay! Sally the owner was so kind and helpful! The condo is huge! We didn't need the 4 bedrooms but we loved every bit of the space and the location can not be beat. The view, stunning! The main bedroom has an ocean view and we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean each night. We will be back!!!

Family vacation

This property provided us with a wonderful vacation. The location was convenient and the property well maintained. We appreciated how things were labeled which made it easy to put things away where they belonged. We also appreciated the little hooks out on the balcony to hang beach towels.

Beautiful New Year Week

Sally was great and stayed in constant contact with us. We very much enjoyed our week in the condo. We had tons of space and even though the weather was a bit chilly the kids had a great time at the beach and in the indoor pool. We didn’t need for anything. The condo was well stocked and we were centrally located to everything we needed.

Condo was great. Very clean and well stocked. Grandkids liked having their own bedrooms and bath. Sally was great to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Nice condo

This is a nice condo, however parking was an issue. You had to be in the condo by a certain time to insure getting a space. Would have preferred having an owner space. The full bed was a little uncomfortable but we prefer a little harder one. Also would have liked a tv in this room. But the condo was clean with a nice beach front view.

Perfect Location

Perfect for a family vacation

Condo was nice and had everything we needed. Great location. Several restaurants with in walking distance. Grocery stores and ice cream shops right across the street. Second floor still had nice beach view but easy access to pool and beach

Orange Beach

The location was perfect! We were close to beach, pool and pickle ball courts. Across the street there were shops, and food. The condo was very clean!

Annual Family Vacation

This is not our first time staying in this condo. We love it. My son has made and kept friends here every time we have been here. The only thing that is quite bothersome is the inability to park on site. However, Ms. Sally did help us out on us not being able to park at the condo. This place is great. Can't wait to stay again!!

Our Stay

The condo was very accommodating. It was stocked with everything we would need. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The organization of it was wonderful. There were labels everywhere so you knew what was available, where it went after it was used and which switches turned on the lights or fans. My only semi-negative comments are there is no sign telling you where or who to see at check in. There is a room by the indoor pool that I found out later, that is check in with security but there were no hours or sign that said so. And there was no sign that stated the code for the beach gate. Besides those 2 small things that were easily found out, everything was great. Sally was very helpful with questions.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Enclave. Everything was nice and big enough for our while family. The balcony over looking the beach and the pool was perfect.

Great condo

The condo itself was great. Plenty of room. Easy to communicate w owner. Parking was a definite premium. Grocery store right across the street and husband walked across one night to get essentials because we knew if we moved the car we wouldn’t find a parking spot when we got back. There was some trash on the balcony at checkin. Not a big deal and it could have fallen from balcony above. I will say there were quite a few young vacationers at the property not 25 and over. It was LOUD with lots of conflicting music blaring from balconies and most definitely from the pool which is right below. The only peaceful times on the balcony were early mornings or late nights. Also lots of cigarette smoke wafting from other balconies -NOT a smoke free property and STRONG weed smell multiple times. Most definitely a spring break college vibe when we were there and not a family friendly feel. Loud cursing from pool and other balcony areas. High ticket price for the atmosphere we experienced. I watched two different times people wander up from the beach and wait at the gate- where you have to put in a code- and someone from the property would let them in, and they would proceed to use the pool even though they were not paying guests. Seems like the security guard needs to be on the property at all times and not just after 4pm. Elevators were fast, but the unit is on 2nd floor so not really needed. Overall, condo itself was great and comfortable but atmosphere was not very family friendly.

Great place best host

We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect for our family of 6. Sally is outstanding with communication. She is very organized too. The place is stocked with dish soap, laundry detergent, - those little things that are nice to have on hand. Sally is hands down the best host, hands down.

Perfect for our family

We had 8 adults staying, so the number of rooms and bathrooms worked out great. It’s a very short and easy walk out to the beach, and the location is great. We had one issue during our stay, and maintenance fixed it the same day; Sally is also very nice and responsive. The room is spacious and was nice and clean when we arrived, and it has a nice view of the beach. Everything was perfect!
