Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Don’t strip the beds; leave sheets and pillows in place; Leave towels and wash clothes in the tub/shower

Put away clean kitchenware

Locate/confirm that all TV remotes are present.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Review attached 'Rental Agreement'. This agreement supersedes if there is a conflict. No 3rd party booking without direct communication with owner.

In general, all monies paid are refundable if cancellation is requested prior to 14 days before check in for our short term guests.

For long term guests (28+ days), cancellation must be requested 30 days before check in. Rates/fees subject to change until confirmed at booking.

Overall very good experience. The unit itself was nice and had a great view (overall cleanliness was not bad, but a lot of dust and some dingy surfaces).Overall, I would give this place itself a 5 star, but the pool brings it down a point. It was constantly dirty- not just a few things, but some sort of mulch and plant floating everywhere, dirt and grime sunk to the bottom of the pool…. And when someone would come clean it, it would be dirty again within minutes because the filters weren’t cleaned out.
