Welcome into Bedford Beauty, a light-filled, retro-inspired family home perfectly positioned near Flinders University, Flinders Medical Centre, and Tonsley Business Park. Whether you’re visiting for work, study, treatment, or a relaxing getaway, this home blends vintage charm with all the modern comforts you need.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious lounge rooms, each with Smart TVs for easy streaming. The rear lounge features a wood-fired combustion heater, perfect for cosy winter nights, while the front lounge captures morning light and a calm, inviting atmosphere.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need — a Nespresso coffee machine, French press, beautiful crockery, full pantry, and plenty of bench space. The adjoining dining area seats eight, ideal for shared meals or entertaining.

We have 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom to the front has king bed and a private ensuite complete with double bath. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has a King single and we can also set up the trundle bed if needed. A second main bathroom with separate toilet ensures everyone is comfortable.

A dedicated office overlooks the front garden, providing a peaceful spot to work or study with super-fast Wi-Fi. The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer for longer stays, and you can park securely behind gates at the side of the home.

Out back, a large secure yard offers a safe space for kids to play or enjoy the sunshine. Fire up the BBQ, relax with a drink, and make the most of Adelaide’s beautiful weather.

You’re just 5 minutes from Westfield Marion, 15 minutes to Glenelg Beach, and 20–25 minutes to Adelaide CBD by car or train from nearby Flinders Station.
