We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Condos are very private and we had the entire pool to ourselves throughout most of your stay. Ron was an outstanding host, very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from booking through checkout. He made sure everything went smoothly and was quick to answer any questions.

Ron's condo at Northwest Point was perfect for our vacation. Very spacious 3 BR/2 BA just steps to the ocean. We had the beach to ourselves at points and the sunrise is right in front of the condo. I would recommend this unit especially if you have a car and want to be out of the busy resort areas. Ron was especially responsive to all my texts.

The room was perfect for our group of 4. We only needed 2 bedrooms but even if we had 6 people the condo would have been plenty spaciaous. The kitchen was well stocked and unit was well furnished. There is a safe inside a closet which is a nice touchThe grounds: very well maintained and landscaped natural "island" style. Nice pool and hot tub and the deck/patio around pool area had plenty of spaceThe beach: plenty of loungers on the beach with palapas for shade. Super soft sand with the most beautifully colored waters offshore. A very nice sand bank north of the condo over which you can easily swim when the wind is down.

Everything was simply wonderful, with one exception/suggestion we offer.Because the air conditioner has to be turned on remotely by the owner, and we cannot control it in the room, two times we had a significant delay because the owner was busy, and couldn’t get to it (i.e. One time he was on a flight, which is understandabe, but the five hour delay on our end kept the room extremely warm until midnight that night).Sure would have been nice if we could have controlled the temperature immediately, without having to go through VRBO to get it turned on and off. After a couple delays, we ended up just leaving the AC on, so we didn’t have to go through the hassle of emailing, requesting, turn on, turn off, etc.

We absolutely loved this condo at Northwest Point. If you want quiet, remote, and far from the Grace Bay crowds, this is the perfect spot. You definitely need a car—about a 25‑minute drive from the airport, with the last couple miles on bumpy gravel and sand, but totally fine if you take it slow.We visited in low season and practically had the whole resort to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. A short boardwalk leads to a beautiful, slightly wild beach with chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, and PFDs. Snorkeling is good right off the beach and even better if you walk to the right about half a mile to the marker and swim out.The condo was super clean with cool tile floors and a great natural breeze. We only used the AC at night. The beds were incredibly comfortable—I already miss them. Private Wi‑Fi worked great for streaming, and there’s guest Wi‑Fi at the pool too. The kitchen had everything we needed, the gas grill was easy to use, and the large water cooler with supplied jugs were great.The gated community felt very safe: big entry gate with a code plus a separate code for the unit. Even when driving back from town, once we reached the gravel road, we were usually the only car out there, which we loved.Ron, the host, was fantastic—super responsive, detailed, and full of great suggestions. After visiting Grace Bay and other beaches, we all agreed we preferred the peaceful, uncrowded vibe of Northwest Point.

The host for this property is OUTSTANDING. Ron went above and beyond to help us book the dates we needed for our vacation. Ron's communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Directions to the resort, check in/out instructions, and all information was provided in advance in detail. He was also very quick to respond to all of my questions.The 3-bedroom unit was freshly cleaned and had plenty of beach towels, a beach umbrella, four chairs, and all other necessities. We enjoyed eating our meals on the patio, which opened up to the pool and beautiful vegetation. My daughter befriended the "resort cat" and enjoyed going outside to see her every morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening, and we only saw a few other people around the resort during our stay. It seems to be a hidden gem!The only downside we experienced was the beach, which is no fault of the host! There was quite a bit of seagrass in the water and seaweed on the beach. While we did enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking one afternoon, our family prefers to be in the water! We rented a car and ended up exploring other beaches every day during our stay. We loved Grace Bay Beach and Bight Beach, which were about a 20-30 minute drive. The Wednesday night music and fire show at da Conch Shack, as well as a clear-bottom kayak/Iguana Island tour were highlights of our adventures! The island is beautiful, and the residents there are welcoming and so kind. We can't wait to go back!!
