Perfect Beach House!!Clean, kitchen had ample appliances, pots/pans. Was a bit disappointed that there was no Body Wash & Shampoo in the showers, I've become accustomed to it thru my stays in other homes so I didn't walk with any and it was extremely expensive on the island. Beach Chairs,Umbrellas snorkels, floaties were all there for use which was nice. Great Stay!!

The host was very responsive and gave excellent directions to their place. We used the umbrella's and beach chairs everyday and loved how close the property was to Sunset beach.

The house was very spacious and well maintained and furnished for our group of 6. We just felt very comfortable and it was easy to relax. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time!

Great place, great hosts!

The villa was perfect for our group of five. Great proximity to gorgeous Sunset Beach. Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful! They had great recommendations for activities during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property convenient to beach, grocery and Grace Bay!

Short walk to the fabulous Sunset (Leeward) Beach, refreshing salt water pool on the property and amazing location! Walk to restaurants from the beach, and very close drive to all the Grace Bay shops! Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals at the house and very thoughtful touches for visitors traveling from afar!

Great house with everything needed. The pool is perfection. Close to the city in a quiet neighborhood and a beautiful beach at a walking distance. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

Mauck family vacation

Property was in a nice secluded location. Sunset Beach area was close walk and nice. Great for teenagers to hang out with lots of space and the outdoor pool. I would definitely recommend. Also short driving distance to GraceBay beach area and lots of eateries.

Great vacation villa

Our family of 6 adults had an amazing vacation! Location was great, villa was very spacious, and the pool a wonderful place to relax. Daniel provided much information prior to our arrival and Megan was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a visit to Turks and Caicos.

Lovely Leeward Villa

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved how close it was to the beach. The house had everything we needed including bbq, water cooler and beach chairs which we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and yard. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Lovely property, spacious, good location, check in was great, communication was great. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler box was a nice touch. You need a rental car to get around, I can recommend Grace Bay Car Rentals.

The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was clean and the pool was lovely. The walk to the beach was 10 mins for us slow walkers, it would be 5 if you are a quick walker. Highly recommend either renting a car or having a driver on standby. The property is about a 50 minute walk from Grace Bay which the main town with restaurants and shopping. There are a couple of restaurants about a 20 minute walk from the house. We had a driver, Patrick, and he was fantastic. His company is Global Luxury Chauffeur.

Fantastic property a short walk to the best sunset beach

The house is wonderful and with the ample fans there was no need for air conditioning. A short walk to the beach for world class sunsets. The restaurant choices and shopping on this side of the island are all excellent and a short ride from the property. It is in a gated community so we never felt unsafe. 5/5 will be renting again!

A week in paradise

The property was amazing. 2 minute drive to a beautiful, secluded beach. House had everything we needed. We had an open line of communication wth the owners the entire time. The house was very clean and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and probably will!
