Step into a beautifully updated 4‑bedroom, 4‑bathroom retreat where contemporary design meets beachfront living along the Emerald Coast. Sunlight pours in through wall‑to‑ceiling windows, illuminating a sleek open‑concept living area with high-end finishes and elegant furnishings, creating the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort for families or groups.
The gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample space for gathering or entertaining. The home boasts two luxurious primary suites, one of which includes its own cozy reading nook, providing a private sanctuary for ultimate relaxation. A dedicated theater room adds an extra layer of entertainment, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Outside, the expansive balcony invites you to soak in sweeping Gulf views, where turquoise waters meet sugar-white sands just beyond. Guests also have access to three sparkling pools on the property, offering plenty of options for fun in the sun or peaceful relaxation.
Every detail has been thoughtfully designed—from the modern décor and spa-inspired bathrooms to the breathtaking backdrop of the Gulf—to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Sanctuary by the Sea 2110 isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a complete luxury experience, ideal for your next Gulf-front getaway.
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
