Superb traditional Provencal villa tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of an unoverlooked hamlet!
Nestled in the heights of Saint Antoine, a residential district of L'isle sur la sorgue, this house is ideally situated for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The beautifully wooded, secure 1000m² garden offers a leisure and relaxation area with a beautiful, secure swimming pool for children, 2 beautiful terraces equipped with bbq and plancha and a sunbathing area, a boulodrome for adults and numerous indoor board games and outdoor swings - the whole family will be delighted!
On the ground floor:
living room dining room mezzanine off the living room children's playroom, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, breakfast kit kettle, Senseo and traditional coffee makers, toaster....) laundry room (washing machine), bedroom (double bed with real bedding) library, shower room (with direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool) and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
2 double bedrooms of 12m2 with dressing room, a double bedroom with anti bedroom of 10m2 with office space (clic clac bed with real bedding) then a bedroom of 20m2 opening onto a balcony equipped with dressing room, a bathroom toilet which brings us to 8 beds on the first floor.
We would be delighted to welcome you to this house, which is extremely well situated for discovering our beautiful Provence, 15 minutes from the Lubéron, 10 minutes from the Monts du Vaucluse, 25 minutes from Avignon, 45 minutes from Mont Ventoux and close to all the emblematic sites, Fontaine de Vaucluse, the ochre trails of Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux..., the sea and its blue coast are only 45 minutes away.
Sports and adventure enthusiasts will be delighted with the many activities on offer: accrobranche, via ferata, canoeing, road biking, mountain biking, land and water hiking, horse riding, golf...
Fans of authenticity will find numerous Provencal markets, including the region's most beautiful, at l'isle sur la sorgue, our little Provencal Venice, and one of the most mythical, the Velleron farmers' market with its Pagnolesque buvette, as well as small villages to visit...
