Privacy, Peace, and Comfort
This spacious, private, and restful apartment comfortably sleeps the family. The large front patio offers a perfect setting to soak in the ocean views over a morning coffee or evening drink. Parking is hassle-free with secure garage space for one car (2-metre clearance), plus additional free parking available in the lot opposite the building.
Fully Equipped for Relaxation
The apartment is well-equipped to ensure a relaxing stay. The kitchen includes a microwave, De’Longhi pod coffee machine, oven, cooktop, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, plates, and cutlery. The bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet, with added convenience of a washer, dryer, ironing board, and clothes drying rack.
Starter Supplies & Linen
To keep cleaning costs down, a starter supply of tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper per toilet are provided. Guests will need to purchase any additional supplies, including sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, and paper towels. All linen is provided through our Premium Linen Service, and beach towels are also available for guest use.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere on the property grounds. The grounds are shared common areas, and smoking is not permitted in these spaces under any circumstances.
To protect both the property and the comfort of our neighbours, guests will be required to provide booking details, including information about their group and the purpose of their stay. Any reports of parties, events, or disturbances will be taken seriously, and if necessary, guests may be asked to vacate immediately. This apartment is best suited for families, friends, or small groups looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway..

A standard cleaning charge applies, which covers a general clean. If the property is left with excessive rubbish, stains, breakages, cigarette smells, or other cleaning issues, guests will be charged for any additional cleaning or replacement costs.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
