This fresh, breezy, centrally located apartment is just a short walk to local amenities including, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and of course the beach. Featuring views to the water and Glasshouse Mountains from the balcony this property is perfectly suited for a couple or a family getaway. Enjoy shared facilities including a pool, spa and BBQ, relax, or explore the surrounding areas and beautiful beaches.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

The apartment was very clean and modern. Beautifully decorated, but I had to pack it all away lest the toddlers get to it! The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. Beaches, cafes, and shops all a short walk away, but the walk back up the hill was a bit of struggle with little kids. The pool was lovely to have in the building - very clean and a perfect size with a small family.
