Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms/bathrooms were perfect for our party of six. The amenities, including the hot tub, were nice to have, and the location very convenient.

The location was great! Very close to everything.The carpet was not clean at all, in fact there was popcorn on the living room floor. The couch was dirty under the cushions. The queen bed in the second bedroom was very hard, uncomfortable and squeaked with every move. The oven bottom drawer was all messed up, did not close properly or open easily. The walls in the bathroom were dirty, maybe stained. Back patio gate would not stay closed/locked. The outside garbage can was full when we arrived and I had to take it to the street and the can itself was falling apart. We did not feel that it was up to par for the price that we paid for the 3 nights.
