We are truly sorry, however, that the condition and cleanliness of the home fell so far short of expectations. Arriving to a property that had not been properly cleaned is unacceptable, and we understand why you were disappointed after being told it had been cleaned. The concerns you noted regarding the paint, mold, furniture, ripped couch, leaking refrigerator, and garbage disposal also require attention, and we will be sharing your feedback with the appropriate teams and the homeowner for review. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the pool. We understand how disappointing it was to have limited pool access during your stay, particularly when traveling with children. The rust stains and maintenance concerns you observed are also being taken seriously.
