Welcome to your ideal Cape Cod retreat located in charming Brewster, Massachusetts.
The home is just a short, scenic stroll to the tranquil, bayside Point of Rocks Beach, famous for its calm, warm waters and extensive tide pools that appear at low tide, providing hours of exploration and relaxation.
The location is excellent, placing you minutes away from the historic Main Street (Route 6A), where you can easily reach beloved local spots such as the highly-rated Brewster Fish House restaurant, the quaint Brewster General Store, and access to the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking adventures.
The property offers a comfortable layout with a main bedroom with a Queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and 1 bathroom - all on one level.
The outdoors features a shady backyard with patio table & umbrella, outdoor shower, grill and fire pit - great for roasting marshmallows after a long day at the beach!

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets every day of your stay to top activities, including:
