This meticulously crafted & architecturally designed home showcases expansive enginereed oak floorboards throughout. An effortless connection between indoor & outdoor spaces creates a sense of space, light & flow. Every element has been thoughtfully curated to blend timeless style with everyday functionality.

1 King bedroom with ensuite/bathroom - Sleep 2.
2 Queen bedrooms - Sleep 4.
1 Study room with a single sofa bed - Sleep 1.

At the heart of the home, a soaring pitched ceiling enhances the open-plan layout, giving the main living & dining area a gallery-like spaciousness & creating an airy sense of space & drawing in natural light.

The garage has been transformed into a fun-filled rumpus room featuring pool, table tennis, a dartboard & handy storage for bikes, body boards and fishing rods—perfect for families or groups.

The property is equipped with high-quality appliances & facilities for your convenience. Take an enjoyable short walk to Narrawallee inlet & beach through Garrad Reserve.

Set in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood, the area is safe, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay.

Narrawallee is easy to explore on foot, with quiet streets and walking paths leading to Narrawallee Beach, Narrawallee Inlet, and nearby reserves. Most guests enjoy walking to the beach, swimming spots, and local cafes in Mollymook.
A short drive will take you to Mollymook shops, Milton village, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Cycling is also popular in the area, and the neighbourhood is safe and peaceful to move around at any time of day.

• Guests are welcome to use the driveway for parking during their stay.

Please just be mindful not to block neighbours’ driveways, as the area is residential and quiet.

The Coastal Gallery is only 3 mins drive or 10 mins walking to Narrawallee beach & inlet.
All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach, there is an outside shower on the South side of the house.
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.

You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
