Introducing this newly renovated second floor pet friendly two-bedroom Beachwalk condo at Sandpiper Cove: condo 9222. Seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are included for the 2026 season!
There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, two Queen beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room, allowing this property to sleep up to 8 guests. The open Kitchen, Living Area, and Dining Areas give you plenty of room to stretch your legs. The Living Area has two couches (with one doubling as a Sofa Sleeper), a chair with an ottoman, and a wall mounted HDTV.
The Dining Area has a table set for four, while the adjacent Kitchen has additional bar seating available. The newly renovated Kitchen has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare a meal. There are sliding glass doors next to the Kitchen and Living Area that grant access to one of the two balconies. The Living Room Balcony is large with shaded seating and a table set for four for outside dining.
The Guest Bedroom is where you will find the second, smaller, private balcony. The Guest Bedroom also has an HDTV, two Queen beds, and its own private Bathroom. This spacious Guest Bathroom has plenty of counter space and a bathtub/shower combination. The Guest Balcony offers private outdoor seating for two. The Master Bedroom has a wall mounted HDTV and a King bed. The Master Bathroom has dual vanities and a walk in shower.
One of the best amenities this condo offers is its location. In the âBeachwalkâ section of Sandpiper Cove, you are steps away from the best of Sandpiperâs five pools, and steps away from Sandpiperâs private beach, which is directly across the street. Sandpiper Cove boats 1100â of its own private beach, with beach front parking available, as well as beachside bathrooms.
Other amenities include HD cable TV, a new washer and dryer inside the unit, and Wi-Fi internet access. A dog under 50 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
