Sanctuary by the Sea 1125 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Just steps from the soft, white sand, this 5-bedroom beachfront condo offers sweeping Gulf views and a serene coastal lake. Designed for families or groups, it comfortably sleeps 10, providing ample space and privacy in every room.
Vibrant custom murals greet you as you enter, setting an artistic and inviting tone, while rich jewel and gold accents throughout the interior add a touch of elegance and sophistication. Relax on the balcony as the sun rises over the Gulf, sip a cocktail while taking in the sparkling water, or simply enjoy the natural beauty of the dunes and shoreline stretching before you.
Inside, the condo features modern, open living spaces perfect for gathering, with bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for comfort after a day in the sun. Step outside to enjoy the sparkling pools, fire pits, and other community amenities, or head directly onto the sand to swim, sunbathe, or explore the shoreline.
With easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and parks, this beachfront condo offers the perfect combination of luxury, coastal charm, and vibrant design for an unforgettable vacation.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
