Located in majestic Blue Mountain Beach, View of Blue is a 4 story Florida Cottage that’s only a minute from getting your toes in the beautiful white sandy beaches. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fourth story watch tower offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as Redfish Lake. Outdoor Entertaining is a must on vacation and View of Blue delivers with its private pool, chef-style grilling station, and comfortable outdoor living space.

Entering the 1st Floor of the home you will find a King Bedroom with a shared Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access. Laundry is located on the 1st Level as well.

The 2nd Level you will find the spacious Living Room and Balcony Access, as well as a fully remodeled Kitchen and Dining Room. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms, one offering a Queen sleeping option and the other featuring two Twin Beds perfect for the kids. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

The 3rd Level features a remarkable King Master Bedroom that offers a newly renovated, oversized walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom also has its very own private balcony access.

View of Blue’s location is envious with its close proximity to the beach and ideal location near the hotspots of Gulf Place and Redfish Village. You’re always minutes away from local coffee shops, bistros, restaurants, art, and wine.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

This rental had a perfect location…super close to the beach, great proximity to restaurants but at the same time very peaceful & quiet. The pool was great and the house was very clean. The rental company was very responsive & checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

House was perfect

Everything about the house was great. It was plenty big enough for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. Also only about a 2 minute walk to the beach. The outside TV and kitchen area by the pool was wonderful. We had a great time staying here.

Family getaway to remember

View of Blue was the perfect home to accommodate our family of 10. The home was spacious, equipped with everything that we needed and just a short distance from beach. The outdoor kitchen, patio and pool were perfect after a long morning spent on the beach. We would love to return soon.

Close to beach

Very nice house with pool, very short walk to beach. Lots of stairs, so be prepared to go up and down a lot. We had a great week!

Great beach house

Our stay in this home was exceptional and well-suited for families with children. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, and the house itself was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. Each of the four levels featured spacious decks, with the fourth-floor lookout offering stunning sunset views—truly a highlight of our trip.The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus, especially the under-cabinet ice maker, which we found incredibly convenient. The only minor suggestion we’d offer is an upgrade to the king mattress on the lower level for added comfort.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.

Great home and Location!

Home was very spacious, near all that we needed, close beach access. The only negative was the cleaning crew had not cleaned the stairs well and the furniture out back was covered in sand. Host was great, property manager was a little short with answers, hard to get details. Overall none of that hindered our stay, would highly recommend.

Beautiful beach house

The house is awesome! It's a very short walk to the beach, which was not crowded compared to beaches nearby. The house was quiet. The pool was great after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked and all the bathrooms are very nice. The beds were comfortable. I was excited to find beach equipment and bikes in the garage. I would highly recommend this property.

FAB-U-LOUS!

This beach home exceeded our expectations! The property manager reached out early on to offer assistance with check-in and address any issues we might have. She was continuously available via text throughout our stay. The vacation rental company provided a nice beach bag including lots of miscellaneous beach trip paraphernalia. I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Location is outstanding. House had everything we needed and more. Outdoor area by pool was great for gathering with adult children. Bikes were included which was a plus. No bike locks included so bring your own. Easy location for getting to everything we needed but secluded and quiet that we like. First class house. We’ll be back

After spending seven days at the beach, my family hesitated to leave, so we extended our trip by a few more days. Finding a nice rental home on such short notice for just a few nights can be challenging, but we were so fortunate to find this house, and it truly checked all the boxes for us.While our extended stay was brief, it was amazing. From the location to the incredible house amenities, this home had everything we could have asked for! We found the property truly stunning, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally well-maintained inside and out. Additionally, the renting process was easy and quick, which we greatly appreciated given our last-minute decision.I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in the area, especially if you have a large family, are planning a girls' trip, or simply desire ample space. Quiet, spacious, beach retreat

This is a property you cannot miss out on! It is in a very desirable location called Blue Mountain Beach with access to the beach and ocean right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The home itself is amazing with plenty of space for entertaining, cooking, and spending time together, but is also spacious enough that you can find a quiet spot to read, relax or enjoy the sunshine. The backyard is a bit of an oasis for swimming, hanging out under the covered porch to watch TV, and there is a nice outdoor grill, fridge and ice maker as well. The property was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and elsewhere. I will definitely look to book this property again next year!

Beach bums

Great location for biking with kids to local restaurants and creamery. Multiple beach assess locations and short walk to the red fish lake, which was nice on red flag day so the kids could still swim. I was nice to have plenty of boogie boards, sand toys, and a beach cart all at the garage. The only slight issue was there were paddle boards present for half the stay, and once the red flags were lifted someone picked them up, so we didn't get a chance to take them to the beach. Overall, it was a well equipped house, with great gulf views from the top, in a great location with a private backyard and pool set up.

The views from the crows nest are unbelievable. I can not say one negative remark about this home. The walk to the private beach was extremely short and the beach was wide open to setup wherever we wanted. My family of 4 had a wonderful week and Donna with Modern Beach Vacation Rentals was AMAZING. She checked in every other day to make sure everything was going great. My family plans to book many more vacations at this beautiful property.

Excellent location

The house is nice. The bedrooms are located on the lower (king bed), main ( 2 single beds and another bedroom with a queen bed) . The kitchen and main living room are also on this floor and 3rd level (master bedroom). There is a 4th level with the fun little TV room and beautiful view. Lots of stairs. I didn’t clearly understood that layout when reading the house’s description. The location is great. The beach access is jut a few steps away. Super easy, convenient. That part of the beach was not super crowded. The neighborhood is calm, pleasant, beautiful. The communication with the administrator is super easy and efficient. They (she actually) were available, helpful and very friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several of our family members come to this area of Florida each July. This home has a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. There is also an outdoor ice machine and refrigerator, which was WONDERFUL for packing coolers for the beach. The beach access is a short walk; there are about 40 stairs to enter the sand, but it is doable. Bring your own chairs and umbrellas. For July, the beach was very enjoyable here and not overcrowded at all. There is a great room at the top level for older kids and teenagers to have their games, etc. Lots of stairs, but it was a great weeklong vacation at View of Blue. We would stay here again.
