Welcome to the Beach Haus, your ultimate seaside haven nestled in the heart of Callala Beach, NSW. Accommodating up to 13 guests across four spacious bedrooms, Beach Haus is the perfect setting for family getaways and jovial reunions, with the added bonus of being in close proximity to the beach, right near a handy shortcut path that reduces the walk time to the sand.
Upon entering the upstairs you'll immediately be drawn to the large, inviting open-plan living and dining area featuring a Smart TV and cozy couches where you can sit back and relax. A fully-equipped modern kitchen boasts appliances such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and even a blender to whip up your favourite smoothies - all crucial for a trouble-free holiday. The home also runs off a whole-of-house water filter, so all water for drinking, washing, and everything in between is filtered throughout.
Each of the four bedrooms has been meticulously designed for comfort, promising a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
The Beach Haus doesn't shy away from entertainment either. A pool table and outdoor games are available, catering to both adults and children. To top it all off, five parking spaces are provided, alongside provisions for EV charging.

- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced rear garden - front garden unfenced
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
