The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had regarding the property. Enough towels, and wash clothes were available for the 6 people that came with us. Beds were comfortable and closet spaces in each room helpful. We enjoyed the small patio and kitchen. Living room might be confier if another couch was available as some of us sat on the floor to watch a movie. Great price for quiet safe location. Another suggestion for the host would be to provide garbage bags and paper/pens as these were needed after two days and for board games, or notes. We came for ren faire and had a lovely time in Kinston. Thank you

Thank you so much for your kind words! We are really glad the place was perfect for your stay and that you enjoyed the location. We appreciate the feedback about a few missing kitchen utilities and the light dusting needed; our janitor has been advised so we can make sure everything is fully stocked (i.e. toaster) and spotless for future visits. Thanks again for staying with us. It was a pleasure hosting you!

This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes.
