The fully-stocked, open-concept kitchen is designed for comfort and connection - perfect for preparing family meals, morning coffee, or a relaxed evening in. With everything you need at your fingertips, it’s a space made to be enjoyed.
We offer a fully stocked coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines available.

The spacious living room is designed for comfort and connection, featuring two cozy sofas; including a sleeper that turns to a queen size bed for larger groups - an inviting electric fireplace, and a smart TV for relaxing nights in.
Laundry is situated alongside upstairs bedrooms and is available for a small fee.

Enjoy family game night with our selection of boardgames and cards located in the hall closet. Toys, coloring books and reading material is available for kids to enjoy.

Upstairs, the primary suite serves as a private sanctuary with a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, and 4-piece ensuite. Enjoy the city view from the oversized windows. The dedicated work station is located in this room.

Our check-in / check-out times are strictly enforced. A $100 fee will apply for any unapproved occurrence and per hour.
Shoes are not to be worn inside the house. BBQ cover is to be replaced after use. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am.
Smoking is outside only. This includes vaping and cannabis products. Smoking of any kind inside the property will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee.

Fantastic locationVery well thought of the amenities at the house , enjoyed staying there and very close to everything you want to do , can even walk if you want to on the beautiful days Would have liked access to the washer and dryer but overall amazing place

Beautiful home located a short safe walk away from the falls. There was ample parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway. The backyard was spacious with a peach tree, a pear tree, and an apple tree along with comfortable chairs and a fire pit. We used the outdoor grill to save money because there are a ton of steak and pancake restaurants within walking distance. The beds were really comfortable, there were adequate towels, good toilet paper, super clean, a fantastic coffee and tea bar, the filtered water was a nice touch, great water pressure, lots of cleaning supplies, very good lighting, a working dishwasher with multiple kitchen tools, pots, pans and supplies. The house was as advertised, perhaps a little better.
