Salt & Sea on Pacific is a coastal home in Sorrento, ideal for families or groups seeking a holiday with comfort, plenty of room, and easy access to both Koonya Ocean Beach and the bay. With four bedrooms, multiple living zones and a covered outdoor area, it’s designed for relaxed days where everyone can settle in and enjoy their time together.

The home accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, all fitted with queen beds. The master bedroom is privately positioned at the rear of the house and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite. The remaining three bedrooms are generously sized and share a central family bathroom with bath and separate shower. There’s also a separate powder room.

The living areas are bright and spacious, with a large Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the outdoor area. Large, comfy couches provide plenty of seating, while the kitchen bench has four stools for casual meals or drinks. There’s also a small alcove with two seats, perfect for reading or enjoying a coffee. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware, utensils and crockery. A split system keeps the living and dining area comfortable, and heating is available throughout the house.

At the front of the home is a lounge with a sofa, desk and PS4, creating a space for kids, teens, or anyone wanting their own corner to relax.
Outside, the backyard is elevated with space to enjoy the outdoors. The covered alfresco area features a BBQ and is ideal for year-round outdoor dining, whether it’s casual family meals or relaxed evenings outside. There is parking available in the driveway.

Koonya Ocean Beach is within easy walking distance, with scenic walks to the Spray Point Circuit and the Dogs Head Circuit nearby. Sorrento township is also close by, along with the popular Koonya General Store for coffee and essentials. Salt & Sea on Pacific is a welcoming, comfortable spot where you can relax, unwind, and make the most of your time on the Mornington Peninsula.
