Unique Experience Buyer Be aware.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very unique property in an excellent location. Renters need to understand this is not a contemporary property - kitchen has limited space, old Mexican tile and the floor is uneven dark stone. Limited kitchen supplies and an old stove with some challenges to operate. Bedrooms were good. Downstairs bath tub had mold and very old. Great living area but very small tv.

A charming story book cottage filled with wonderful architects

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a couple of concerns that needed to be addressed, mildew smells , found the culprit it was resolved. Which then made the adorable atmosphere enjoyable . I believed my timing with Santuary was during transitions with the company. COMMUNICATION was lacking . Need a quick instruction pamphlet to operate the oven , fireplace and to locate the heater switch ,a few basic when entering an unfamiliar home. Once All was resolved it was such a wonderful time in lilacs & laughter. I felt right at home .

Thank you for your kind review! We're glad we could take care of all the issues you mentioned quickly. And thank you for understanding that the communication issue was during a short period when we were transitioning from one team member to another.
