The house is constructed from solid limestone characteristic of the fascinating geology of the region, excavated from the local iconic Blue Lake.
Conveniently located between Melbourne and Adelaide you will be able to experience life in a regional country town. Easily accessible, it has large grounds, 3 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 bathrooms and a hottub with laundry, kitchen and an outside dining area, broadband internet and off-street parking.
