Enjoy your very own French styled two story villa in a country lane, with restful views over country paddocks, ocean glimpses from the upstairs deck and a rainforest walk across the road.
The standalone villa has parking off street and a separate walkway and entrance next to the owner's main residence.
The interior has been tastefully decorated with original art works, comfortable furnishings and a king size bed.
The villa has two levels with an internal staircase, (hall, foyer, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and reading/office room) downstairs and (kitchen, living, dining and deck with views) upstairs.
The accommodation is very spacious and liveable, providing a complete home away from home experience.

My husband and I have lived in Maleny for 10 years now and enjoy the strong, vibrant local community here. After many years of travelling overseas we feel that we live in one of the best places in the world and thoroughly enjoy hosting our guests when they stay. Local markets, buying produce directly from farmers, enjoying local cafes and restaurants are just some of the things we love about living here. Maleny has beautiful scenery, a strong eclectic community, great cafes, art galleries, farmer's markets and a very friendly vibe which we thoroughly enjoy.

La Petite Grange is unique in that it is a standalone, two storey property with a private walkway and entrance. Due to the two levels, a couple can have private spaces for working, sleeping, cooking, resting. The villa is similar to a small home with separated rooms for laundry, bathroom, bedroom, office/reading room and then upstairs for dining/tv/living and outside deck. It has been very tastefully decorated with original artworks and high-quality soft furnishings etc.
