Ideally located near Coconut Point, Bonita Beach, and Naples, Copperleaf delivers an active, social, and upscale seasonal escape.

The primary suite includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom that opens to the pool area, doubling as a convenient pool bath. Two additional bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds — share a second full bathroom, making overnight visits from children or grandchildren easy and comfortable.
Inside, the home showcases classic Florida décor with a warm, welcoming feel. Living spaces include a formal dining room, a large family room, and an open breakfast nook adjacent to the entry foyer. The laundry room is conveniently located near the dining area and garage, ideal for longer stays.

Standard: To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community has 30 day minimum number of days per lease
