Loss of keys or access devices will result in a $300 fine.

‣ No smoking or vaping indoors. A $300 fine applies for any breach.

‣ We want to ensure all future guests have the opportunity to experience the Ivory Atelier, so please keep the area clean and free of spillages/stains. Any damage to furniture will result in damage fees.
‣ Failure to adhere to scheduled check-in or check-out times may incur a call-out fee of up to $200.
‣ A $50 delivery fee applies for returning any forgotten items.
‣ Only park in the dedicated parking space. Do not park in other resident parking spots.
‣ No pets are allowed on the property.
‣ Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
‣ This building is home to long-term residents, including elderly neighbours who value peace and quiet — please be considerate at all times.
‣ No loud music or gatherings in the apartment or on the balcony.
