Left Break makes holidaying easy: beautifully presented, with new furnishings and all your everyday necessities. There is plenty of off-street parking, plus secure, lockable-fence parking for boats, jet skis and other water sports gear, and large fenced outdoor spaces where kids can play safely while adults relax and enjoy the view.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining space has a heat pump and Smart TV. Outside, a large north-facing deck has dining space, a BBQ and an umbrella, perfect for summer al fresco dining with spectacular views of Mount Karioi. The master bedroom is off the kitchen with garden access; Bedroom 2 (queen) and Bedroom 3 (two singles) are off the living room, next to the bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder and gas for the BBQ. You will have all the bedrooms your group needs and the rest of the house, plus exclusive use of the lawn, garden, deck, BBQ and entertainment area.

Raglan is perfect any time of year, famous for surf beaches, a relaxed vibe and a vibrant arts, crafts and cafe culture. It is a 5-minute walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, 15 minutes to Lorenzen Bay for kayaking and safe, sheltered swimming, and 10 minutes to the Kaitoke walkway. Surfers will love Manu Bay, and there is bushwalking, golf, mini putt and fishing nearby.

- No pets
- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
