With excellent transport access and vibrant dining right outside the door, this well-appointed home is ideal for couples, professionals or small groups seeking inner-north convenience with city connectivity.
Perfectly positioned on High Street in Preston, the apartment sits directly next to the route 86 tram, providing an easy connection through Thornbury, Fitzroy and into Melbourne’s CBD. Thornbury train station is around a 7-minute walk away, offering further transport options. Guests can enjoy a wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants along High Street, all within walking distance, while Woolworths and Aldi are just a 3-minute walk for everyday essentials.
This contemporary apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for both privacy and shared living. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, flowing into a bright living area with smart TV and WiFi. Climate control throughout ensures year-round comfort, while a private balcony offers impressive views across the northern suburbs and towards the city skyline. Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen and bathroom towels provided):
