This two bedroom condo is located on the ocean and provides ocean views from every room. The condo has an open floor plan, perfect for your family. This unit has been updated recently. We welcome your family to enjoy our beautiful island. We provide towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs and beach toys for your stay. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and food!

Property is beautiful. I have stayed on the hotel side many times and knew the location was great. The condo had a big balcony and exceptional view. Everything was lovely. I would definitely like to come back to this unit!

This was our second time booking this property and we absolutely love it! With the many windows the views are amazing and we loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. We also loved the convenience of being right on the beach, too! The owners are so thoughtful in providing almost anything you will need and they supply a lot of beach items like chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach toys, etc. If you stay in this lovely unit you won’t be disappointed!

Over the years, we’ve stayed in many different units at Terraces at Beachside. This 2/2 was a good one. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Decor was pretty. We love the location of this property. If you want to be oceanfront with a short walk to the beach..this is your place.

Amenities were excellent. Location also excellent.Would definitely stay here again. Assigned parking by condo unit was problematic in that our assigned spot was not real accommodating for a large vehicle like an F 150.

We could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped except for a pizza pan and ice pick, who could ask for anything better, lol.My husband and I are alittle on the more "mature" side so the balcony made the trip. We could sit out there in the morning and tan, read, watch the waves, and just relax with no sand. Breeze blew the whole time we were there until the last day.The children came the middle of the week and we never felt like we were on top of one another as in some places the five of us have stayed. We try a different beach each year and Fernandina has proven to be our favorite. Will book again, same place same time next year if available.The condo is convenient to everything also, entertainment, restaurants and Historic district a short drive away.

This wonderful condo truly deserves its excellent rating! Responses from the management team were prompt and helpful. The living space was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location couldn't have been better, with spectacular sunrises over the ocean every morning. We highly recommend this unit and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is very nice, recently renovated, and comfy. It has wonderful views of the ocean, and many doors and windows to let the sea breeze blow through. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, and cookware - including a stand mixer!The downtown area is comfortable walk or short drive andis filled with restaurants and quaint shops.We had one issue when we first arrived and the host resolved it immediately.It was a great visit and I'll happily stay here again.
