Take the exterior staircase from the driveway area to the covered deck on the second floor. Upon entering the front door on the second floor of the house you will find a family room & dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, the primary suite, the second primary suite, the den and the half bathroom. There is a washing machine and dryer available for your use in an outside closet. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that there is another unit downstairs that is also available for rent. If both units are available for your selected dates, then you may rent both units for your next multi-family reunion or friends' vacation and sleep up to 10 people in the whole house. Please also note that the downstairs guests share
the side yard and parking area with the upstairs guests. Crossover noise between the units is to be expected.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
