The living area is integrated in this space with a long 4 metre suede leather lounge with duck feather cushions that you can sink into and relax, create your own ambient entertainment space with bluetooth speaker, and window blinds that open up a 3m view of sky, or open up the large glass doors to the deck entrance and surrounding green walls to extend inside to the space outside. A handmade table on castor wheels can be moved towards to the lounge to create your own restaurant style booth for meals. The upstairs loft bedroom has a view of the ocean in winter when the trees drop their leaves, and in summer you feel like you're immersed in the them like you're in a treehouse. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor in its own wing attached to the house. The house comes with bikes, a lock, and helmets perfect for exploring the surrounding beaches, restaurants, shops and wineries.
