My beautiful home in the heart of Napier. 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. 3 double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways. Perfect for families or groups looking for a fun weekend away in sunny HB.

Location was great. House and outdoor area was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen had all supplies. Check in was super easy and organised.My expectations were exceeded - property much better and rooms bigger than they looked online. So really really happy!I am def keen to return (as i visit Napier annually) and highly recommend this hone as a great place to stay

Great location, lovely house

We had a great family time staying at this quaint, spacious and well resourced house. It was comfortable, functional and an awesome spot to venture into all of the wonderful things Napier and Hawkes Bay has to offer.

Great stay

Perfect for our needs as a family of five. Great loacation a short walk to Marine Parade & 800m to closest supermarket. Really appreciate being able to bring our dog with fully fenced backyard.

First thing that you feel when you walk in is how well designed the interior is. Makes you feel right at home and love how close it is to everything in Napier. Highly recommended

More than perfect for us

A really lovely home. We were a party of 6 including two kids aged 4 and 6 and it was more than perfect for us. Home was immaculately clean and warm, lovely linen on all the beds and lots of information around to help us out during our stay. Ideal location for activities and supermarket etc and the host was lovely and kind from the very first message I received from her, great communication. Would definitely stay again

Perfect Napier weekend

Loved this place! Lovely backyard, a lovely kitchen to cook for my kids in. Quick walk to beach, dairy, takeaways, and most importantly the playground :) In these days of anonymous vacation rentals it's so refreshing to stay in an actual house, infused with the good vibes of an actual person instead of just, y'know, grey walls and such. Thank you, we'll be back!

Great property and responsive host

Lovely property, fantastic fenced in back section - perfect for our dog. Good location, an easy walk to Marine Parade. Our stay coincided with Cyclone Gabrielle. Megan kept in touch throughout our stay, making sure we were okay during the emergency, helped us get comms through to our family and even dropped us off torches. We look forward to coming back to stay again in future.

Cute clean home but poor location

The home is as described but photos strategically hide neighboring properties which are run down and quite questionable. 15-20 minute walk to town. Beach nearby (and everywhere in Napier) is rocky and not get for lounging.

Napier at its Best

Sehr charmante Unterkunft mit historischem Flair und schönem Garten. Megan ist eine superfreundliche Top-Gastgeberin. Alles in Napier ist fussläufig prima erreichbar. Chic wäre es nur, wenn auch die Möglichkeit zum Grillen bestünde. Von unserer Seite jedenfalls eine klare Empfehlung - für Napier & Megan 🙂

Home away from home

Very central location. Homely, comfy, clean and tidy, lovely fresh linen. Gorgeous relaxing outdoor cottage garden area. Great air conditioning and facilities. Perfect for our family and dog. The host is lovely, welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend stay.
