Introducing this elevated mountain modern townhome offering 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, over two levels with high ceilings and lots of natural light in this corned end unit. Located in the sought after community of Snowcreek Phase V, this location offers a peaceful setting, with mountain range views, and snowfields and trails accessible from your back porch. In the home you'll enjoy upgraded decor, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan living and kitchen, a gas fireplace, private laundry room, a 1 car private garage and two outdoor decks to enjoy the outdoors. On the upper level is the living room with a smart TV with cable, fireplace and large comfortable sectional. A dining space for 8 with access to the upper private deck with BBQ for grilling, and additional bar seating at the kitchen island offers a social setting for family time. The kitchen with stone counters, equipped with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked to prepare family meals, plus a keurig coffee maker, rice cooker and more. The primary suite on this level features a King bed, 50" smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and double vanity sinks. On the lower level, the second bedroom is also a primary master suite offering a King bed, 65" smart TV, and en-suite with walk-in tiled shower. The third bedroom features bunk beds with a Queen over Twin, plus Twin trundle, plus TV, and has a full shared hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The home has a private laundry room with washer and dryer, and is equipped with smart thermostats and a built in humidifier system. This home offers a private 1-car garage with driveway parking for another vehicle. The snowcreek community has a community outdoor year-round hot tub to enjoy. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
