Thank you for sharing this feedback — I’m very sorry your experience was disappointing. We do send out an email to our guests several days before check-in with lots of info about the home, including that we only supply a start kit of soap supplies. I understand your concerns regarding longer stays, though, and will happily discuss this with our housekeeping team leadership. I will also be sure to speak to our guest experience team about clarifying the starter kit information over the phone, as well. The housekeeping team will also inspect the rug and upholstery and schedule deep cleaning promptly. Thank you very much for your feedback, we will use it to improve.

They do not need remotes, they open and close with the buttons that are next to them. We'll see what we can do to make that clearer for future guests. I'm sorry the A/C didn’t reach the temperature you expected and that a bedroom door latch was loose — that’s not the experience we want for guests. We’ll have maintenance check the HVAC/thermostat and repair the door latch. Regarding the occupancy and parking rules - I'm sorry they felt restrictive, but those limits are in place to comply with local regulations and protect the neighborhood and we do notify guests in advance so they can prepare and know what to expect.
