Located in North Ocean City, Orleans Court 321 is a family-friendly condominium featuring a courtyard, swimming pools, and extensive in-unit amenities.
Building & Site Amenities
• Outdoor Pool Area: Includes a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and a dedicated baby pool (open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September).
• Courtyard: A spacious common area with ample seating for outdoor dining.
• Parking & Laundry: Plenty of free on-site parking is available, along with coin-operated laundry facilities on every level of the building.
Condo Features
• Sleeping Arrangements: The bedroom contains one queen bed and one double bed. The living room provides additional space with a queen-sized pull-out sofa.
• Full Kitchen: Features a large island, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig. Cookware, dishware, and utensils are included.
• Living Space: A generous living area, one bathroom with a shower, and a small private balcony with two chairs.
• Beach Ready: A storage bin containing beach chairs is provided for guest use.
