We were disappointed with our stay at this property, which did not live up to the price we paid.Poor Management: Communication was severely lacking. There was no welcome package or property guide upon arrival. We only received basic information, like the Wi-Fi password, after I proactively called management to request an email.Property Condition: The house is dated, particularly the carpeting upstairs. More importantly, the A/C was highly ineffective, making the stay uncomfortable.Unreasonable Checkout Demands: Given the premium rate charged for this rental, it was incredibly frustrating to be expected to perform extensive chores before leaving, including washing all the dishes, taking out the trash, and stripping the beds.Given the above I would not stay here again.
