• Snow shoeing available on the property with 2 pairs of adult snow shoes provided

• 27 acres of private property to explore, with thousands of acres of crown land surrounding the property for your enjoyment


☀ Summer Activities

• Canoeing on Little McGarry Lake (canoe, paddleboards, paddles, and life jackets included)
• Swimming from a floating dock in the center of the lake, including a slide feature.
• We maintain a natural shoreline to protect the environment. There is no swimming off the dock
• Guests have access to canoes & paddles boards to swim in the middle of the private lake & enjoy the swim platform with the slide and lily pad/mat.
• The private small lake consists of only 3 other cottages, plus any guests staying at the other houses on our own property.
• Lakeside games, sunbathing, and relaxing sunsets by the campfire (conditions permitting)


Only a 35 min drive to the east gate of Algonquin Provincial Park, plus top snowmobile & hiking trails, canoe routes, and snowshoeing. Nearby town of Maynooth (7 minutes) and Bancroft (20 minutes) offer groceries, restaurants, art & antique shops, and local attractions.
