Booking Details
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am.
• Minimum 2-nights. Long weekends, public holidays, and peak periods minimum 3-nights.
• Rate is for up to 5 guests (4 bedrooms).
• No pets allowed
• No parties, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.
• We ask that children be supervised due to potential hazards such as wildlife, and to maintain the high standard fittings and furniture.

50% initial payment due upon booking and 50% balance payment charged 14 days prior to arrival.

*Tax applied to the booking is the Victorian state government’s Short Stay Levy, charged on Holiday Rental properties.
No pets allowed.
We ask that children be supervised due to potential hazards such as wildlife, and to maintain the high standard fittings and furniture.
Leave the property tidy on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
