Freshly renovated with modern finishes, this home is ready for you to enjoy!

With the Richmond hills at your doorstep, you are moments from biking and walking trails. Just a 3 minute drive to Richmond Mall and a short drive to Nelson, beaches, vineyards and the Abel Tasman, this home is perfect for families.

This home features 2 double bedrooms each with a king bed on the main level. 1 double bedroom with 2 king single beds downstairs. Along with 2 modern bathrooms on the main level.

The Home:
This home has been fully renovated to ensure comfort and easy living. There are 2 heat pumps to keep you cosy in winter. One in the spacious living area and one in the dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen has been fitted out with new appliances including an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. The dining area has seating for 6 plus a high chair available for a toddler.
The 3 double bedrooms are spacious with open wardrobe systems. The large living room has views over Richmond and the mountains behind. There is a smart TV which works on streaming only, Please bring your own streaming service logins.
2 modern bathrooms on the main level, the first having a toilet, vanity and bath/shower. The second bathroom has a toilet, vanity, shower and a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The home is on a large section which is private and quiet.
The home features an internal garage along with space to park 2 cars, a caravan or boat in the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the house. The internal garage is suitable to securely store your mountain bikes or a car.

Entry into the house is via the back entrance using a smart lock in the back door. You will receive the access code prior to arrival.

Our private home is just across the road and during school holiday times we will be there to greet you and show you around the home. We are available if you have any questions. Outside of school holidays we are available by phone 8am to 10pm.
