The home was fine but it was the fact the owner entered the property without our knowledge or consent to take a package that had been delivered to him that we put on the kitchen table. He could’ve messaged and we would have made a time for him to collect it. We only found out he had entered the property when I msged him before check out that there was a package delivered and he said he got it! I I was shocked and horrified! I’ve never had a host or landlord enter a property without consent and believe it’s unlawful! The host did one fair thing and that was instruct his cleaning lady to leave the trinkets my daughter left behind outside for pick up.

Didn’t have pets,Only thing was the wifi signal was weak in the lounge so the broadcast on the tv would pause more often than we would have liked

Lovely quiet area

Nice house, lovely walnut and fruit trees. Near the beach, great for dogs. Easy checkin and good communication. Quiet location, even with occasional aeroplane going over.

Bring Your linen

This is the last of three Vrbo properties on my 3-week trip in New Zealand. The house is very nice but is the second most expensive places that we had stayed. It has everything (including a hot tub!) except neither linen nor shampoo/soap are provided. It's an extra 50 for the linen. My understanding is that you can buy your own for less if you are just visiting the country and cannot bring your own.

Only place we'll stay in nelson now

Absolutely amazing home, away from home, made the babies super comfortable, and settled, and the stay in nelson with little ones bearable, 12 year old loved relaxing in the spa. Highly recommend, clean tidy and homely, having lived in tahuna enjoyed being in the familiar area

Great spot

Great place to stay, very handy to Nelson and Richmond. Very clean and tidy with all the mod cons. Huge secure backyard, absolutely perfect for canine companions, you didnt have to worry about them escaping and they could spend outside unsupervised. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Very secure. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Awesome house

We loved this place. It is quite large and has everything you need. The large back yard with BBQ and hot tub was my happy place. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are a good size. Paul was very accommodating and provided anything we needed. I would not think twice about staying here again. The price was incredible for what you get.
