Strictly no parties or events: Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction and additional charges for damages or extra cleaning if required.

Long stays:

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $120. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.

Parking:
Parking is not offered in this apartment building to it`s residents and guests.

Luggage:
Luggage storage is not offered in this apartment building, we are unable to look after guests` belongings before check-in or after check-out.

Keys:
Please note this is not a hotel service, and we are only able to provide one set of keys per stay. This is due to strict limits on the number of keys issued by building management.

Towels: We provide one set of towels per guest during the stay. Daily cleaning is not provided.

We kindly ask that you keep the key secure and return it at check-out as instructed. Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee.

[No parties or events are allowed. Unauthorised parties or gatherings will result in a minimum $500 fine, immediate termination of the booking, and potential removal by building security. Any damages or additional cleaning costs may be charged to the guest.]

- No smoking
[Smoking inside the property or building will result in a $500 fine. There are fire alarms and smoke alarms throughout the building].

- No pets allowed

- Only registered guests are allowed at the property. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. Any unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave.

- Clean up upon checkout
[Please leave the property tidy. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.]

- Checkout time is at 10:00 am unless specified otherwise.

- Lost key will result in a $300 replacement fee (to cover locksmith cost and key card replacement.)

- Quiet Hours
[Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am]

- Respect the property
[Please treat the property as you would your own home. Report any damages or issues immediately.]

- Respect the neighbours and the building`s residents.
