You've found the perfect spot for a relaxing and rejuvenating Truro getaway. This stunning, newly renovated five-bedroom home is set on a private six plus acre lot perched atop a hill on Truro's desirable bayside.

Beautifully furnished and appointed, three levels of living space, 3975 square feet. Hardwood floors and tile throughout. Central air conditioning.

Enter a open and bright main living area with living room, kitchen and dining area. The floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of light and frame a gorgeous view of Cape Cod Bay and the iconic Hopper House. The living room has a large comfortable sectional and chairs. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for the whole group. Foodies will love the nicely equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, wine fridge and center island with counter seating.

Just off the dining area are two doors--one opening to the upper deck with gas grill and the other opening to a roomy screened-in porch with dining table and lounge seating--sure to be a favorite, bug-free spot.

There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and lovely views. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink and a separate shower and tub. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.

Steps from the foyer lead to the second floor with the three bedrooms. At one end of the open second floor hallway is the primary suite with door, private hall, closet and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and a perfect view of the Hopper House and bay. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink and separate tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the amazing Cape Cod water views. The third bedroom, positioned at the front of the house, has a bunk bed. A shared bathroom with tub/shower is at the other end of the open hall along with a stacked washer and dryer.

Steps from the living room lead to the finished lower level. The spacious family room has a large comfortable sectional and flat screen TV with cable. There is a bathroom with a shower just off the family room. There is one bedroom in the lower level with a queen Murphy bed and a desk--a quiet spot for Zoom meetings and catching up with emails. A door on the other side of the family room--opposite to the bedroom--opens to an in-home gym. The gym has a sauna--no better way to relax and melt away stress.

There is a door from the family room to the lower deck which runs the length of the house.

A path leads to the large, private heated pool. Steps near the driveway lead to a private tennis court. No need for a resort--you have everything you need for an enjoyable and peaceful stay right here. Tennis in the morning, an afternoon swim in the pool or the bay and an evening under the stars in Truro.

Two different paths (one from the property and one from the road) lead to the water's edge on Cape Cod Bay.

Well off the beaten path, this property is a short drive to all the best of Truro, including the town's amazing bay and ocean beaches, restaurants, galleries and shops, wine tasting and Truro Vineyards, live concerts at Payomet Performing Arts and the Cape Cod National Seashore's beaches, trails and sites. It is a twenty-minute drive to Provincetown for restaurants, shops, galleries, night clubs, live entertainment, whale watches, chartered fishing tours and other fun on the water. Ten-minute drive to Wellfleet town center and harbor for even more wonderful dining, shopping and gallery hopping.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
