We would 100% stay here again.My wife and I were in Penticton with our 16 year old who was at a hockey camp basically across the street from this condo.Communication with the owner was great.....I did give her a few items of feedback to make the place even better...she seemed keen to improve the rental for the next people.We were there for a week and I would do it again next year if our kid hadn't aged out of the hockey camp.

Communication from the host was excellent. The place was missing many things that most other Places have . Things missing were : night stands , small kitchen table with chairs, plates, chair in main bedroom, art on the walls, mirrors , frying pan, beach towels, instruction book with information about the unit like garbage and recycling, place setting for unit capacity. In general great place because it was nice and new , but just needs those items listed to make it better.

We had a lovely stay at the property during our week vacation in Penticton. The host was easy to communicate and very friendly. The property was brand new and everything was in pristine condition. The location was great, and was ideal for our needs.As a vacation rental, we felt there were a few details/amenities which were missing or still need to be put in place. As the property is so new, it's perhaps understandable that some of these items are absent, however we hope by sharing this feedback we can help the owner better equip the property for future guests:1. Kitchen Utensils, pans, plates etc. - The kitchen was poorly equipped in general and had only had limited basic cutlery, plates, bowls, cups etc. As there were only two of us staying at the property, we managed, however this meant running the dishwasher frequently. As the property sleeps 6, this definitely needs to be increased. We also felt it was missing many basic items, such as wine glasses, a frying pan, more than one sharp knife, a sieve, more than one chopping board, baking trays.2. No iron/ironing board.3. No clothes drying rack for hanging non-tumble dry laundry.4. A BBQ would be a great addition considering it's a summer vacation rental.5. Information on garbage/recycling. We found the facility but including this and other useful information in a booklet or guide left in the property would be a nice touch.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the property to future guests!

Great location, clean & comfortable stay. Great communication with the host, who responded quickly & gave great info for check-in, check-out. Travelled with my daughter & it was great to have a second bedroom. The second bedroom is small, but worked just fine for us. The place is close to everything - easy to get to beaches, lots of restaurants nearby, stores, wine stores, etc. We liked the balcony, having a washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

We stayed for 5 days the place was clean, the host was easy to communicate with, check in was very smooth, my one complaint would be, the blinds in the bedroom could be darker the room was very bright at about 5am, other than that it was very nice, I would stay there again.
